Bill Cornwell

Bill is the owner of The Shaker Craftsman, located in Randle, WA. Renowned for his exceptional craftsmanship, Bill has garnered multiple awards for his custom-built furniture, which he creates using traditional, oldworld skills. His expertise and artistry have attracted a distinguished clientele, including two U.S. presidents, as well as celebrities such as Keanu Reeves and Robert Redford, among many other notable figures. Bill’s remarkable work was also nominated for inclusion in the Smithsonian Museum, reflecting his significant contributions to the field of fine furniture making.

Outside of his professional achievements, Bill has a deep passion for the outdoors. He especially enjoys fishing, with a particular preference for fly fishing, and actively participates in tournament-style shooting. Bill finds joy and relaxation in spending time in nature whenever possible.

Bill is a dedicated family man. He has been married to his wife, Rhonda Cornwell, for nearly forty-five years. Together, they have six grandchildren, who are a cherished part of his life.
