Pam Gwinnup

Pam Gwinnup is currently the Director of Operations for Chase Construction NW, Inc., where she plays a crucial role in optimizing operational efficiencies and guiding succession planning efforts alongside Chase Beattie, the company’s namesake and son of its founder. With over 30 years of professional experience, Pam brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her position, helping to ensure the business’s long-term growth and sustainability. As part of her leadership, Pam is dedicated to overseeing smooth transitions in leadership and operations, preparing the company for continued success as it evolves.

In addition to her role at Chase Construction NW, Pam has been deeply involved in business ownership throughout her career. She played an integral part in founding a business with her former husband before these two sons were born, and today, she is actively consulting with them as they prepare a seamless transition to take over the family enterprise.

Pam’s passion for family extends to her role as a grandmother. With 4 children, 6 step-children, and 15 grandchildren, she cherishes every opportunity to spend time with them, considering each one her greatest reward. As a proud “Grandma/Nana,” Pam finds immense joy in nurturing and building connections with her growing family.
